Lemon Garlic Cottage Cheese Meatballs (meal prep/healthy)

Sastojci

1 Lb of ground chicken

1/2 cup cottage cheese @nancysyogurt

1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup almond flour

1 egg @vitalfarms

1 tbsp of each salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme

8-9 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)

1 lemon (juice of)

Paprika (sprinkle)

Fresh Parsley and parmesan for topping (optional)

Upute

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix all your ingredients together and form into 1 inch meatballs,

Line the meatballs on a sheet pan, sprinkle with paprika and spray with avocado oil and cook in the oven for 15 -20 minutes. Broil at the end for 5 mins and add to your favorite dishes!
