Morning Glory Muffins  (makes 12)

2 C. flour

1 ¼ C. sugar

2 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. cinnamon

½ tsp. salt

3 eggs

1 C. vegetable oil

1 tsp. vanilla

2 C. peeled and chopped apples

½ C. EACH: raisins, pecans, coconut,

grated carrot

1. Sift flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt

2. Beat eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla lightly

3. Add all ingredients together

4. Bake at 325˚ for 27 minutes
