Tzatziki Sauce

1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Chill 15 minutes before serving.
Garlic Butter Sauce
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
4 to 5 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Directions
Melt butter over low heat. Add garlic and cook gently until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, parsley, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Green Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
Yum Yum Sauce
Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
Directions
Whisk all ingredients until smooth. Chill before serving.
Peri Peri Sauce
Ingredients
1/2 cup red chili peppers, chopped
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Simmer 5 minutes for deeper flavor or use fresh.
Basil Pesto Sauce
Ingredients
2 cups fresh basil leaves
1/3 cup pine nuts
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Directions
Blend basil, nuts, garlic, and cheese. Slowly add olive oil until smooth. Season and serve.
