Definitely mix with a spoon and flour yer paws before getting in about it.
Shopping list:
500g cottage cheese
180g oat flour (higher in protein)
5g baking powder
Sprinkle salt
3 tbsp pizza sauce
100g light mozzarella
Optional toppings: chicken, beef, veg, pepperoni-style slices etc.
I forgot to add garlic to the dough.
