Strawberry Mousse
250ml boiling water
1 (17g) strawberry sugar free jelly sachet (brand: Hartleys)
290g 0% Greek yoghurt
30g protein powder - I prefer to use unflavoured but feel free to use flavoured! (I get mine from @proteinworks 💪)
pinch of salt
tbsp sweetener of choice (Optional for added sweetness)
Optional toppings:
sliced strawberries
low fat whipped cream
Blend the mixture till smooth then pure into a bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours 🍧
A great lower calorie option for a dessert if you’re craving something sweet! High volume and packed with protein too! 💪
