  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoon oyster or mushroom sauce

  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce

  • 1 tea. sesame oil

  • Pepper

Upute

  1. Cook tofu and veggies

  2. Add cooked udon

  3. Add sauce
