Ground chicken
Fajita wraps (or tortillas)
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Tomato sauce

Season the ground chicken with your favorite spices — I used salt, pepper, and garlic.
Spread a thin layer of seasoned chicken over each fajita wrap, then sprinkle mozzarella on top.
Roll it up tightly, then cut into 3cm (1-inch) pieces.
Place the roll-ups side by side in an oven-safe or air fryer dish.
Brush tomato sauce over the top and add more cheese.
Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 12 minutes, or bake in the oven at the same temperature for 15–20 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
Serve warm and enjoy these cheesy, juicy chicken roll-ups! 🔥🧀
