Protein Chilli Paneer

1x apetina paneer

1 tbsp corn flour

1/8 tsp salt

1/8 tsp black pepper

1/8 tsp paprika

Oil spray

2 garlic cloves

1/2 onion

1/2 bell pepper

1/8 tsp salt

1/8 tsp sugar

1/8 tsp black pepper

Dark soya sauce

Maggi seasoning

Cut your apetina paneer and coat with corn flour, salt, pepper, paprika and oil spray. Air fry until crispy(roughly 10 mins at 180 degrees)

In a pan add oil spray, garlic and onion. Once the onion is soft add the paneer, bell peppers, salt, pepper, sugar, dark soya sauce and maggi seasoning
