3 quarts mixed fresh berries

225 grams sugar

2 ounces lemon juice

Upute

Add all ingredients in a pot and bring to a low simmer. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Blend with a stick blender and run through a chinois. Allow to cool and put into squeeze bottles.
