4.5 oz. patties

3# tuna, trimmed and ground

8 cloves garlic, minced

8Tbsp. olive oil

4 anchovies, minced

1 cup minced basil

4 tsp. soy sauce

2 Tbsp. rice bran oil

1. Combine all and form 4.5 oz patties lightly

2. Heat oil over med-high heat in large saute pan

3. Saute 1 ½ minutes per side for rare.
