These Are So Easy to Make and So Delicious

1/4 of small sweet onion . Sliced thinly

1/2 cup red cabbage , shredded

1 carrot, shredded

1 green onion, chopped

1/2 tablespoon garlic granules

1/2 tablespoon onion granules

1/4 tablespoon ginger ground

1 tablespoon coconut aminos

2 rice paper wrappers

Sesame oil

Water

Dipping sauce;

1 tablespoon tamari

1 teaspoons sriracha or chili crunch

Splash of lime juice

Sesame seeds

Upute

Heat a frying pan over medium high heat. Add the oil and place one of the rice paper wrappers in the pan. Top with veggies and spread them out . Place the other wrapper on top, . I added a couple of drops of water around the edges, of the pan and then placed a cover over it. Let it cook / steam for a few minutes until the top wrapper softens a bit and stays to cling to the veggies/ other wrapper. Remove the cover , continue to cook until the bottom is crunchy and golden, flip and cook the other side until golden . Remove , slice (I used a pizza cutter)
