1/4 cup green peas frozen

1/4 cup yellow moong dal

1/4 cup masoor dal

1/4 cup quinoa

1/4 + 1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder

3/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste

2 & 1/2 cups water
