filling:
sauteed leeks
blanched brocolli & romanesco
roasted carrots celery root
sliced fresh basil
goat cheese, ricotta & parmasan
rich tomato sauce:
1. 4 sheets Saffron Pasta- edges trimmed and cut in half horozontally making 8 ½ sheets
2. Oil lasagna pan with olive oil
3. Put thick layer of sauce in pan
4. Roll filling in seam on bottom
5. Sauce to cover
6. Parmesan on top foil
7. Cook 35 minutes
8. Remove foil and cook an additional 10-12 minutes
