Juice of 2 lemons, should be just under ¼ cup

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tbsp dijon mustard

Salt + pepper to taste

1 clove garlic

2-4 tbsp maple syrup

Upute

Feel free to adjust all of these measurements to your liking. Blend all with immersion blender or shake vigorously in large jar. Keep in fridge. Also good for marinating chicken.
