¼ C. white wine vinegar
¾ C. dijon mustard
2 Tbs. and 1 tsp. tomato paste
4 tsp. garlic
1 Tbs. lemon juice
4 eggs
2 tsp. paprika
2 C. plain oil (rice bran)
¾ C. green onion, fine chop
¾ C. celery fine dice
1/3 C. red bell pepper, fine dice
½ C. parsley finely chopped
1 tsp. and more to taste tabasco
1. Combine mustard, vinegar, eggs, tomato paste, garlic, lemon juice, paprika and tobasco in food processor
2. Add oil in a slow, steady stream
3. Fold in celery, red bell pepper, parsley and green onion
