Sourdough Discard Tortillas

105g sourdough discard

80g water

30g olive oil

5g salt

210g AP flour

Upute

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

Knead dough until smooth and well incorporated

Wrap in Saran Wrap and let rest for 30 minutes

Divide into 6 pieces and roll out thin

Place the rolled out piece on a pan, medium high heat

Flip once puffed up (~1-2 mins) and take off heat after another 1 minute on the other side

Allow tortillas to cool slightly and enjoy!
