2 rice paper sheets
15g light cream cheese (0.5oz)
15g light Greek yoghurt (0.5oz)
15g vanilla WPI (0.5oz)
½ banana
2 tsp brown erythritol (8g, 0.28oz)
1 medium egg
1 tbsp milk (15ml, 0.5fl oz)

Upute
Whisk egg and milk in a shallow bowl.
Dip 1 rice paper sheet into the mixture for a few seconds until soft then lay flat. Stack the second sheet on top.
Mix cream cheese, yoghurt and protein powder. Spoon into the centre add banana slices then sprinkle with erythritol.
Fold the sides in and roll up tight like a spring roll.
Air fry at 170C, 340F for 12 to 16 minutes, flipping halfway until golden and crisp.
Oven 180C, 355F for 18 to 20 minutes or pan fry or deep fry)
