High Protein Onion Chips

Recipe:
1 medium onion
250g low fat cottage cheese
1 egg
Salt
Oregano
I also added some parmesan cheese to mine).
Upute
Add cottage cheese, egg, salt, and oregano to a bowl and mix. Spoon the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if you’re using it, then top each one with a slice of onion. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 minutes, or until the edges turn golden and crispy. Let them cool on a rack before serving.
