Rhubarb Chutney
1. Combine and Simmer:
½ red onion
¼ C. golden raisins
1 t grated ginger
cool
2. Add 1 lb. rhubarb
2 stalks celery, destringed
simmer 5 min.
remove rhubarb,
Continue simmering until celery
is tender & liquid has thickened
1 zested orange
½ C. white wine
¼ C. white wine vinegar
1 C. brown sugar
over med. heat: 10 min.
