Spam Musubi Recipe Below

1. Slice 1 can of Spam into 8-10 pieces.
2. Mix ¼ cup oyster sauce, ¼ cup soy sauce, and ½ cup sugar until dissolved. Marinate Spam for 10 min (optional).
3. Drain and pan-fry Spam over medium heat until crispy. Optionally, add the sauce directly to the pan while cooking to glaze rather than marinate the spam.
4. Place a strip of nori (shiny side down) on a surface. Position a musubi mold or use the Spam container lined with plastic wrap for easy removal.
5. Fill with warm sushi rice, press firmly, then remove the mold.
6. Top with Spam, wrap nori around, and seal with water. Enjoy warm or seal with plastic wrap & store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
