Blueberry Protein Pancakes

1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 cup cottage cheese
3/4 cup almond flour
2 eggs
2 tbsp sweetener (I used allulose)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
How to make it:
Upute
Blend your cottage cheese, almond flour, eggs, sweetener, vanilla and baking powder.
Fry on medium low in butter for a few minutes per side.
Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
