2.5 tbsp Gahwa (with cardamom in it)

1 L water

Upute

1. Boil water, then turn off burner

2. Add Gahwa, then turn heat on low and simmer until foam is produced (4-6 minutes)

3. Turn off heat and wait 2 minutes for grounds to settle. Then strain off the coffee into a container (or filter if you like).
