• 2.5 cups flour

• 1 cup crisco shortening

• Pinch of salt

• 1 egg

• Vinegar

• Water

2. In a measuring cup drop an egg and put a teaspoon of vinegar (optional) then water to a half cup, pour into flour mix and combine

3. Flour counter and roll out, 1 pie worth top and bottom
