Viral Electrolyte Drink

½ cup fresh-squeezed orange juice
¼ cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1 Tbsp raw honey
⅛ tsp pink Himalayan salt
2 cups filtered or bottled water
Ice, to taste

Dissolve honey in a bit of warm water- to avoid separating and add to a glass or bottle
Add the orange and lemon, salt, and water and mix or shake to combine
Serve over as is or over ice if desired
If the drink is too sweet add up to 1 cup of additional water. For a sweeter option add additional honey.
If the drink is too acidic for you reduce each juice by a 1/2 and increase honey to 2 tbsp ( salt amount does not change) the electrolyte balance is not as potent but still very helpful and affective.

YES it has to be fresh-squeezed juice and raw honey for drink to be affective
Only use mineral-rich salt like pink Himalayan, sea salt, or Celtic salt not table or kosher salt
You can mix the honey in cold, but it may separate.
Make-Ahead or Freeze:
Refrigerate the full drink up to 4 days.
Freeze the concentrate only (without water), then defrost and add water when ready. See next reel for larger concentrate ratios. Or freeze the full drink with the water and defrost as needed. Shake before serving.
