15g Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tsp Salt & 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
800g Thinly Sliced Boneless & Skinless Chicken Breast (raw weight)
1 Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika, 1 Tsp Onion Powder, 1 Tsp Italian Herb Seasoning
1 Tsp Olive Oil
4 Minced Garlic Cloves
340ml Fat Free Evaporated Milk (Carnation Light & Creamy)
1 Tsp Low Sodium Chicken Stock Powder (Vegeta)
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
80g Light Cream Cheese
IMPORTANT NOTES:
When reheating the meal prep add a splash of milk to the mashed potato, this will reheat it back to a creamy & fluffy texture once you mix it.
