1 ¼ cups kefir

Mix until it forms a dough.

Cover and leave to sut for 2 hours (I only left it for 1)

Fold/knead 4 times and form a round ball

Bake at 180 for about 45 mins

We toasted ours, and it's was incredible!

It's soooo nice to eat bread and know exactly what your eating. We do love jasons but to be able to make our own from organic products is so much better!

10/10 on this recipe from me for a super low maintenance sourdough!!
