High-protein. Spicy. Crispy. Done in 10 minutes.
Perfect for those late-night cravings or quick post-workout meals.
Here’s the play:
Mix: chopped red pepper, purple onion, cilantro, jalapeño or green chili
Add: 1 cup 1% cottage cheese
Optional: season with chili flakes + salt
Spread 3–4 tbsp of mixture on a slice of rustic peasant bread
