Honey Garlic Chicken Noodles

2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (907g raw)

300g Stir Fry Ready Noodles (300g)

10 Tbsp Reduced Sodium Dark Soy Sauce (150mL)

6 Tbsp Honey (126g / 90mL)

4 Tbsp Sriracha (60mL)

1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce (15g / 15mL)

2 tsp Ground Ginger (4g)

4 tsp Minced Garlic (20g)

1 cup Chicken Broth (240mL)

1 ½ Tbsp Cornstarch (12g)

1 ½ Tbsp Water (22mL)

3 Cups Frozen Peas & Carrots (450g)

5 Green Onions, Sliced (75g)

1 Tbsp Sesame Oil (15mL)

1.) Add chicken, sauces, broth, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch slurry to crockpot. Cook high 3–4 hrs or low 5–6 hrs, then shred.

2.) Stir in peas & carrots; cook high 20–30 mins until heated and thickened.

3.) Add noodles and sesame oil; toss, then mix in green onions.

4.) Let sit 5–10 mins, divide into 5 servings. Store 4–5 days (freeze longer); reheat with a splash of water.
