Healthy Crispy Onion Ring Chips

1 white onion
40g parmesan cheese
Spray of olive oil
Seasonings I used (can get creative):
Garlic powder
Pink salt & pepper

Spread the cheese out,
Layer the onion rings over the top.
Season generously with your favourite spices.
Couple sprays of with olive oil
Pop into the oven at 200°C and bake for around 25 minutes.
Lift them out of the container and let them cool
Watch closely near the end - you’ll want those golden, crispy edges before you pull them out, don’t burn them!
