3 egg whites
100g (about 1 cup) shredded cheese
Garlic powder
Your favorite spices (oregano, chili flakes, black
pepper...)

Separate the eggs and beat the whites until stiff
peaks.
Gently fold in cheese, garlic, and spices.
Spoon into mounds on parchment.
