2 1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder

1. Preheat oven to 400*F.
2. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add greek yogurt.
3. Knead the dough until it isn't sticky or dry. Knead other ingredients in if desired (e.g. blueberries, raisins)
4. Divide dough into # of bagels you want (e.g. smaller = 1/8, larger = 1/4 of dough)
5. Make holes in the centre and add parchment rolls to make sure the hole stays.
6. Spread egg wash onto the tops of the bagels. Add desired toppings (e.g. cinnamon, everything bagel seasoning).
7. Bake on parchment paper at 400*F for 30 mins.
