Ingrédients

  • Baguette or similar loaf of bread

  • Olive Oil

  • Butter

  • Garlic clove(s)

  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Use microplane to shred garlic

  2. Add garlic to saucepan on medium heat with butter until the it begins to brown. Remove from heat

  3. Put additional butter into microwave 10-15 seconds at a time. Use a whisk or fork to mix until it’s a softened, spreadable texture

  4. Add garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper, to taste. Mix until incorporated

  5. Cut bread into 1/2in slices

  6. Fill small bowl with olive oil, and dip one side of bread slices into olive oil at a time

  7. Place slices on pan over medium-high heat. Check often until bread is beginning to brown

  8. Remove bread slices. Continue grilling in batches.

  9. Spread butter on grilled slices

  10. Serve with prosciutto, fig jam, or nutty cheeses
