Hot Honey Pasta

If you know me then you know I loveeee anything hot honey related (especially then there’s carbs involved lol)
Ingredients to serve 2:
Pasta (160g dry)
Chicken breast (200g)
Onions (1)
Peppers (1)
Honey (30g)
Philadelphia lightest (100g)
Tomato puree (2tbsp)
Chilli flakes
Paprika, garlic powder, onion salt
Veg stock cube
Boil the pasta as per instructions then add the stock cube to the pasta water
Instructions
Slice the chicken breast, peppers and onions into strips
Add the chicken breast to a frying pan and cook for a couple of mins to brown
Then add in the onions and peppers along with the paprika, garlic powder and onion salt
Fry until the veg has softened then add in the honey, philadelphia, tomato puree, chilli flakes and couple of tbsp of pasta water
Stir together to combine then simmer on a medium heat to thicken
Finally add in the cooked pasts & mix all together anddd thats it!
