Hot Honey Pasta

Ingrédients

If you know me then you know I loveeee anything hot honey related (especially then there’s carbs involved lol) ⁣

Ingredients to serve 2:

Pasta (160g dry)⁣

Chicken breast (200g)⁣

Onions (1)⁣

Peppers (1)⁣

Honey (30g)⁣

Philadelphia lightest (100g)⁣

Tomato puree (2tbsp)⁣

Chilli flakes ⁣

Paprika, garlic powder, onion salt ⁣

Veg stock cube⁣

Boil the pasta as per instructions then add the stock cube to the pasta water ⁣

Instructions

Slice the chicken breast, peppers and onions into strips⁣

Add the chicken breast to a frying pan and cook for a couple of mins to brown ⁣

Then add in the onions and peppers along with the paprika, garlic powder and onion salt ⁣

Fry until the veg has softened then add in the honey, philadelphia, tomato puree, chilli flakes and couple of tbsp of pasta water ⁣

Stir together to combine then simmer on a medium heat to thicken ⁣

Finally add in the cooked pasts & mix all together anddd thats it! ⁣
