Montreal Steak Seasoning Recipe

Ingrédients

1 ½ tbsp black pepper

1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp paprika

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp garlic powder

2 tsp coriander

2 tsp dill weed

1 tsp mustard powder

1 tsp lemon zest (dried)

Instructions

To make lemon zest. Zest one whole lemon.

Place onto a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake at 200°F for 5-10 minutes, until dried and crispy. Grind into powder between fingers or with a mortar and pestle.

1.) Combine all ingredients and mix together. Store in an air tight container with a tight fitting lid.
