Ingrédients

crispy parmesan potatoes tossed in a buttery garlic sauce and baked until golden 🤤

recipe:

24 oz small potatoes

1 tbsp baking soda

1 tbsp chicken bouillon

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp avocado oil

1 ½ tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp dried parsley

1/2 tsp italian seasoning

1/4 tsp salt & pepper

1 ½ cups grated parmesan

Instructions

boil whole potatoes with baking soda and bouillon until fork-tender, then drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.

melt butter and mix with oil, garlic powder, parsley, italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. toss with the potatoes and 1 cup parmesan.

spread on a parchment-lined tray, sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup parmesan on top, and bake at 375°F for 30–40 mins until crispy and golden.
