Baked Lemon Yogurt Chicken Thighs

8 Bone-in, Skin-on Chicken Thighs
2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp of Dried Oregano
1-2 Whole Lemons
4-6 Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
Fresh Thyme or Other Herbs
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Place chicken thighs in a baking pan.
Add oil olive, salt, and pepper.
Add yogurt, oregano, lemon juice, and mix.
Cut up the used lemon rines. Place them into the baking pan along with whole garlic gloves, fresh thyme or other fresh herbs.
Wrap and marinate for at least 1 hour.
Take out the chicken thighs to rest while preheating the oven to 400 F.
Bake for 40 mins - 1 hour. Broil the chicken thighs in the last 5 mins.
Notes
Best to marinade over night
