Japanese Beef Curry

220g box S&P Golden Curry
[I use the MILD in orange box]
2kg chuck steak, cubed
4 potatoes, diced
3 carrots, sliced
2 onion, diced
Water
* beans
* zucchini
* mushroom
Instructions
Place first five [5] ingredients into slow cooker.
Add water until ingredients just covered.
Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours. Stir occasionally to dissolve Curry.
If desired, add *vegetables after 3 hours.
Notes
Use any type of meat. Chicken would be nice.
