Creamy Ranch Beef and Corn Bowties

1 lb ground beef

12 oz bowtie pasta (cooked and drained)

1 cup sweet corn

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1½ cups heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup sour cream

Instructions

**Cook Beef:**

In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain fat.

**Mix Sauce:**

Stir in ranch seasoning, heavy cream, and sour cream. Add sweet corn and simmer for 3-4 minutes.

**Combine:**

Toss cooked pasta with the beef mixture. Transfer to a baking dish.

**Top and Serve:**

Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
