Chocolate Sauce
10 oz. chocolate, finely chopped
1 c. lowfat milk
1 oz butter
½ tsp vanilla
pinch salt
1. Warm the milk
2. Place chopped chocolate over double boiler and add warm milk.
3. Whisk over low heat until melted
4. Whisk in other ingredients until smooth.
5. This should all be done kind of fast
