Polenta with Cream Spinach

Ingrédients

1 10oz package of frozen chopped spinach (defrosted)

4 Tbsp butter

1/3 cup cream

1/3 cup grated parmesan

Salt & pepper

Instructions

Drain water from spinach. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat until frothy. Add cream, spinach and cook, stirring frequently, 4-5 minutes. Stir in parmesan, salt and pepper to taste. Meanwhile pan-fry 1/2” thick slices of polenta in skillet with 1 Tbsp butter. Spoon spinach over fried polenta slices and serve.
