Ingrédients

1 LB. Fresh Green Beans, trimmed + washed + patted dry

2 TBS. Butter

Salt

Black Pepper

Smoked Paprika

Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

2 Cloves of Garlic, minced

Juice of 1 small Lemon + zest

Freshly shredded Parmesan Cheese

Crushed Roasted Almonds (Optional)

Instructions

Wash, trim and pat dry fresh green beans. Set aside.

Melt butter in a skillet. Add the green beans to the skillet and season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and crushed red peppers. Sauté for about 5 minutes.

Add minced garlic. Cook on low for another minute until the garlic is fragrant. Remove from heat.

Add a fresh squeeze of lemon juice, lemon zest, freshly shaved parmesan cheese, and (optional) crushed almonds. Enjoy!
