Viral High Protein Ground Beef Bowls (Gluten Free, Low Carb)

Ingrédients

1 lb ground beef

1 large sweet potato

24 oz green beans

1 packet taco seasoning

1/2 avocado (sliced)

cottage cheese (as little or as much per serving)

honey (just a drizzle)

hot sauce (optional, for a drizzle + heat)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wash and remove the skin from sweet potato with a peeler. Slice into cubes and place on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and salt. Bake 45min.

Line another baking sheet with parchment paper. Add green beans, drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake 35-30min.

In a large pan on the stovetop, brown the ground beef. Add taco seasoning of choice and mix.

Once everything is finished cooking, assemble your bowl. Add sweet potato, roasted green beans, ground beef and top with cottage cheese, sliced avocado, a drizzle of honey, and optional drizzle of hot sauce. Enjoy!
