Cheese Sauce
- 1 1/2 Cups Cottage Cheese (0% Fat)
- 1/2 Cup Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Mac And Cheese Packet
- 1/4 Cup Buffalo Sauce (Low Calorie)
- 1/2 Cup Fat Free Milk
Chicken
- 24oz Chicken Breast
- Garlic Salt
- Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp Corn Starch
- 2 Tbsps Honey
- 4 Tbsps Buffalo Sauce
- 8oz Protein Pasta
- Light Ranch (Optional)
- Fresh Chives (Optional)
Instructions
Combine and blend the sauce and set aside.
Cube the chicken, put it in a bowl and add the Garlic Salt, Onion Powder & Corn Starch. Mix.
Cook chicken medium high until cooked. Add in honey and buffalo sauce. Reduce.
