Ingrédients

1 1/2 lbs chicken breast

1/4 cup whole milk yogurt

2 tbs @sadaf_foods Shawarma seasoning

2 garlic cloves, crushed

1/4 cup @sadaf_foods olive oil

1/2 lemon, juiced + zested

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Yogurt Sauce

1/2 cup whole milk yogurt

1 tbs tahini

2 tsp @sadaf_foods olive oil

1 garlic clove, crushed

1/2 lemon, juiced + zested

1 tbs parsley

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

For serving:

Romaine lettuce, shredded

Tomatoes, chopped

Red onions

Pita bread

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 F;

Slice your chicken into strips; season with olive oil, lemon juice + zest, yogurt, garlic, shawarma seasoning, salt and pepper; mix well and spread on a baking sheet; roast for about 20-25 minutes;

To make the yogurt tahini sauce- mix all ingredients above;

Once chicken has cooked- top with lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, drizzle so sauce and enjoy with pulpits bread! Yum
