Marinated artichoke hearts

Ingrédients

1 can of artichoke hearts

3 cloves of garlic

Extra virgin olive oil

Red wine vinegar

Dried oregano

Dried parsley

Red pepper flakes

Instructions

1. Drain the artichoke hearts

2. In a jar, put the artichoke hearts and add a healthy pour of vinegar and oil (to taste). Add in the minced garlic and herbs.

3. Let marinate in fridge for a few hours and serve room temperature.
