1 egg
1/3 c water
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c flour
Instructions
Beat egg.
Add water & salt.
Slowly combine flour & mixture until smooth.
Crop into boiling water, 1/2 tsp at a time.
Remove when they rise to the top.
Serve stirred into a soup or stew.
