3 cups chopped tomatoes

3 cups chopped cucumbers

¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

• Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Toss well to combine and serve.
