2 bags quest protein chips
1lbs skinless chicken breast
Salt, pepper, cayenne
10g corn starch
15g corn flakes
1-2 eggs.
1.) cubes 16oz chicken into 20 cubes
2.) crush 2 bags of quest chips and place in a bowl. Add salt/pepper
3.) dip your chicken nuggets individually into whisked eggs, into corn starch, back in the eggs and press them firmly and coat in the quest chips. 4.) repeat until finished. Air fry 10 at a time (depending on size of air fryer) 375 for 15 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165 or higher
Should make 20 nuggets, cut recipe in half and add a yogurt based jalapeno ranch to go with.
