Fall Hot Honey Carrots

Ingrédients

Line a baking pan with parchment paper

Instructions

Start with one package of rainbow carrots.

Peel and cut the ends off. Cut them in half.

Spead 1 & 1/2 cups shredded parmesan cheese across baking pan. Layer carrots (flat side down) across Parmesan.

Brush carrots with olive oil.

Sprinkle the following spices on carrots:

Paprika (1 tbsp total)

Garlic powder (1 tbsp total)

Red pepper flakes to taste

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Top with more parmesean cheese - I did over a cup

Bake at 450 for 15-20 mins

Top with 5-7 pieces of crumbled bacon & hot honey
