Lemon Cake Pie

Ingrédients

1 cup sugar

1/4 cup flour

1/4 cup butter

1/8 teaspoon salt

2 eggs separated

2 lemons juice

1/4 cup Grated lemon peel

1 cup of milk

1 – 9 inch on baked pie shell

Instructions

Combine sugar, flour, butter, salt, and egg yolks. Beat until smooth. Beat in lemon juice and lemon peel. Add milk and be slowly. Beat egg whites until stiff and then fold in. Bake pie shell for five minutes. Pour in filling. Bake 40 minutes at 350°. Pour in filling and bake 40 minutes until firm.
